Santos Escobar must leave NXT 2.0.
The grudge match between Santos Escobar and Tony D’Angelo took place at NXT Heatwave. The stipulation was that if Escobar won, Cruz Del Toro, Joaquin Wilde and Elektra Lopez are free from the D’Angelo Family. If Escobar lost, he must leave NXT 2.0.
The final sequence of the Street Fight saw both Escobar and D’Angelo go for their respective weapons but it was D’Angelo connecting with his first to secure the win.

Wilde, Del Toro and Lopez surrounded Escobar post-match and the crowd gave the group a “Legado” chant while they were still in the ring.
With his victory, the D’Angelo Family remains as Tony, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo, Cruz Del Toro, Joaquin Wilde and Elektra Lopez.
