New tag champions.
Kicking off the September 1st edition of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS was The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson) defending the IMPACT World Tag Team Championships against Honor No More’s Matt Taven and Mike Bennett.
New champions were crowned as Anderson took the pin in the bout. Bennett pulled Anderson from off the top rope and then set him up for he and Taven’s finisher.

In addition to their IMPACT Tag Titles, Taven and Bennett are also the tag champions of The Wrestling Revolver. Their past accolades include winning the IWGP and ROH World Tag Team Championships.
