AEW confirms that Alex Reynolds is injured.
In the finals of the AEW World Trios Championship tournament at All Out, The Elite (Kenny Omega, Matt & Nick Jackson) took on the trio of Hangman Adam Page, John Silver and Alex Reynolds.
The Elite emerged victorious but following the physical altercation after All Out, the titles were vacated and new champions were crowned on the 9/7 Dynamite.
Reynolds, Silver and Hangman Page were considered for the vacant title match, but it was stated on commentary that Reynolds is sidelined with an injury.
PWInsider first reported on September 5th that Reynolds was seen on crutches but there had been no official word on his injury at the time.
