The mother of Konosuke Takeshita becomes the new DDT Ironman Heavymetalweight Champion

The mother of Konosuke Takeshita wins a championship.

Konosuke Takeshita’s 10-year anniversary was celebrated at DDT Pro-Wrestling’s show on 9/10. There was a Battle Royal to determine the next Ironman Heavymetalweight Champion. That match was won by Toru Owashi who went on to lose the belt to Kazuki Hirata.

It appeared that Hirata’s win was going to be the last title switch until he was ambushed by Keiko Takeshita, mother of Konosuke and she hit him with a ‘Rainmaker’ clothesline to became champion.

To close the show, Keiko was side-by-side with her son for a photo-op with the competitors on the show surrounding them.
