WWE has added two new members to its board of directors with the additions of Michelle McKenna and JoEllen Lyons Dillon.
The company issued a press release to tout the announcement of the two new board members.
McKenna previously worked at Disney, Universal Studios, and the NFL where she served as its Chief Information Officer for a decade ending in 2012.
This past April, McKenna launched The Michelle McKenna Collaborative where she provides advice, investment, speaking, and writing about sports, media, entertainment, and inclusive culture.
Dillon has an extensive background in practicing law and experience with mergers & acquisitions and securities with both public and private businesses. She has been on the board of directors for Viatris since 2020, which is a global health care and pharmaceutical company.
WWE’s board of directors is chaired by Stephanie McMahon-Levesque with board members including Nick Khan, Paul Levesque, Steve Koonin, Ignace Lahoud, Erika Nardini, Steve Pamon, Man Jit Singh, Jeffrey R. Speed, and Alan Wexler.
In July, Connor Schell resigned from the board of directors with the company citing an “increased slate of responsibilities resulting from his new, expanded role at the newly formed The North Road Company.”
