IMPACT on AXS notes: ‘Fan’ attempts to jump guardrail, Masha wins Monster’s Ball, Bobby Fish

News and notes coming out of the September 29th episode of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS

During the first hour of the 9/29 IMPACT on AXS, Tom Hannifan and Matt Rehwoldt were prepping to move on to the next segment and a ‘fan’ attempted to jump the guardrail but was pulled away by security.

There was a Monster’s Ball match that closed tonight’s show. Masha Slamovich defeated Allie Katch and is now moving on to Jordynne Grace who she’ll be facing for the Knockouts World Championship at Bound For Glory.

Bobby Fish, Moose and Bhupinder Gujjar have entered the Call Your Shot Gauntlet match at Bound For Glory. Moose won the match in 2021 and cashed in to become world champion.

Honor No More (Eddie Edwards, Mike Bennett, Matt Taven, Maria Kanellis-Bennett, PCO, Kenny King & Vincent) had a celebration in the ring to commemorate their success at Victory Road. Edwards ended up calling out PCO for stepping out of place.

Vincent and PCO went on to compete in tag action and they lost to the duo of Heath and Rich Swann.

The following matches have been announced for the Bound For Glory go-home show on October 6th:

  • Mia Yim vs. Gisele Shaw
  • Steve Maclin vs. Moose — Special Guest Referee: Sami Callihan
  • Frankie Kazarian vs. Kenny King
  • Matt Taven vs. Alex Shelley
