Trios match added to Extreme Rules.
Next up on the Premium Live Event schedule for WWE is Extreme Rules on October 8th. The event next week will feature a Donnybrook match between The Brawling Brutes (Sheamus, Butch & Ridge Holland) and Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci).

The two sides have been at odds on-screen since the on-screen program between Sheamus and Intercontinental Champion Gunther began. Gunther defeated Sheamus at Clash at the Castle to retain the I.C. Title and they’ll be running it back on the October 7th episode of SmackDown.
The winner of that match is going into Extreme Rules as champion and here’s the updated lineup for the event:
- SmackDown Women’s Championship — Extreme Rules Match: Liv Morgan (c) vs. Ronda Rousey
- Fight Pit Match: Seth Rollins vs. Matt Riddle
- Raw Women’s Championship — Ladder Match: Bianca Belair (c) vs. Bayley
- Strap Match: Karrion Kross (w/ Scarlett) vs. Drew McIntyre
- I Quit Match: Edge vs. Finn Balor
- Donnybrook Match: The Brawling Brutes (Sheamus, Butch & Ridge Holland) vs. Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci)
