KAIRI versus Iwatani in the finals.
The first-ever IWGP Women’s Champion is going to be crowned at NJPW x STARDOM ‘Historic X-Over’ on November 20th. The final two competitors in that tournament have secured their spots and the deciding match is official.
It’ll be KAIRI versus Mayu Iwatani for the IWGP Women’s Title. KAIRI bested ‘Alpha Female’ Jazzy Gabert and in the main event of the evening, Mayu defeated Utami Hayashashita.

Coming out of Historic X-Over, the first defense of the IWGP Women’s Title is scheduled for Wrestle Kingdom 17 in January.
