WWE NXT notes: Starks & Lyons’ title victory reversed, Mandy Rose’s celebration, Truth vs. Waller

Nikkita Lyons & Zoey Starks' title win was reversed, Mandy Rose to celebrate a year as champion, R-Truth in action on 11/1, Scrypts is coming

In the opening match of NXT, Zoey Stark and Nikkita Lyons challenged Kayden Carter and Katana Chance for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships. Starks and Lyons scored a pin fall victory and were announced as the new champions but the decision was reversed as it was revealed that the referee missed Kayden tagging herself in the match. Katana took the pin but was not legal. When the match was restarted, Chance and Carter retained.

An individual or persons named ‘Scrypts’ left a voicemail for the WWE Performance Center and in an altered voice, it was stated that NXT is going to be ripped apart.

It was on 10/26/21 at NXT Halloween Havoc that Mandy Rose became NXT Women’s Champion. On the November 1st episode of NXT, Mandy, Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne will be celebrating her one-year reign as champion.

R-Truth appeared on the 10/25 NXT. He got into a physical altercation with Grayson Waller which was to set up their singles match for next week.

After retaining the NXT Championship at Halloween Havoc, Bron Breakker is making his return to NXT on 11/1.

Julius Creed bested Damon Kemp in an Ambulance match at Halloween Havoc. With that win, Brutus Creed was able to keep his job in WWE and Brutus secured a five-minute match with Kemp. Kemp appeared via video and said he is not cleared but he’s looking forward to getting in the ring with Brutus. The Creeds were then ambushed by Sanga and Veer.

In the main event, J.D. McDonagh submitted Ilja Dragunov. Dragunov had to be stretchered away.

Shotzi scored a win over Lash Legend in singles competition.
