Mike Bailey briefly goes over his time in IMPACT.

For the past year, ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey has been with IMPACT Wrestling. He is a one-time X Division Champion and his title reign ended at Bound For Glory in October.

As Bailey was being interviewed by Darren Paltrowitz, he was asked if he knew his run would turn out to be as good as it has been. He stated that he knew it would be good before he signed and the talent level in IMPACT, specifically the X Division is the exact reason he wanted in.

I mean yes, I did [expect my run in IMPACT to be as good as it has been]. That’s the exact reason I signed there. I mean, I knew the level of talent that was going around. I am of course familiar with the X Division, I’ve been a fan my entire life almost and the exact reason I joined IMPACT was to mix it up with all the absolutely top tier world-class wrestlers that are in the X Division and I am not surprised that it has been going this well.

This Thursday on IMPACT on AXS, Mike Bailey is taking on Trey Miguel with the winner advancing the finals of the X Division Championship tournament.
