Bandido has reacted to the announcement of his official signing with All Elite Wrestling.

He was formally announced by Tony Khan as “All Elite” after defeating RUSH in the AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament on Rampage.

The 27-year-old Mexican has wrestled for numerous promotions on the indie circuit, as well as New Japan Pro Wrestling, AAA, and CMLL.

In North America, he is probably best known as a former Ring of Honor World Champion, having been with ROH between 2018 and 2021.

After the announcement of his signing, he took to his Twitter account to express his gratitude.

Bandido, a fourth-generation luchador, has impressed fans in his one-off appearances for AEW, not least after a very well-received ROH World Championship match with Chris Jericho on the September 28th episode of AEW Dynamite.
