The Elite are back.
Following Death Triangle (PAC, Penta El Zero Miedo & Rey Fenix) besting A.R. Fox, Dante Martin and the returning Darius Martin in a World Trios Championship match on Dynamite, PAC got on the microphone and alluded to the videos that have hinted at The Elite (Kenny Omega, Matt & Nick Jackson) returning to AEW.
PAC stated that if “certain individuals” think they can make their triumphant returns and come after the titles, Death Triangle will be waiting on them. A graphic then popped up on the screen to formally announce the return of Omega and The Young Bucks and they’ll be challenging Death Triangle at Full Gear.

Prior to the vignettes alluding to The Elite’s return, they were last featured on AEW programming at All Out. They were involved in a post-show altercation with former AEW World Champion CM Punk. There were suspensions coming out of that situation.
Punk has not appeared for AEW but did make his return to commentary for the CFFC MMA promotion.
At All Out, The Elite became the inaugural Trios Champions but those titles and Punk’s AEW World Title were vacated after their altercation.
