Judge grants Cain Velasquez permission to wrestle.

In an update on the 11/21 story from MMA Junkie that Cain Velasquez requested permission to wrestle at AAA’s December 3rd event in Arizona, the outlet noted that the judge granted Velasquez permission to do so.

He is currently out on $1 million bail on multiple charges including attempted murder. Velasquez fired a weapon at Harry Goularte who is being accused of molesting Velasquez’s then four-year-old child.

Velasquez is being allowed to travel to Tempe, Arizona via plane and he’ll be able to go without G.P.S. monitoring despite the district attorney office’s objection.

He’ll head out to Arizona on December 1st and he’ll be returning on the 4th. Due to Velasquez not being required to have a G.P.S. monitor, he has to hire a police officer for work detail.
