The competition is coming back.

In 2019 and 2020, New Japan Pro-Wrestling held their ‘Concurso’ event which is a spinoff of CMLL’s bodybuilding competition.

New Japan’s version is described as more of a contest to see whose body is the coolest, greatest or favorite as opposed to a professional evaluation and it is coming back next week. The third installment of the event is scheduled for December 22nd and 23rd at Korakuen Hall.

Voting to determine the winner will be held online.

In 2019, SHO won the competition and Kota Ibushi was the winner of the 2020 ‘Concurso’.
