Minoru Suzuki announces that Suzuki-gun will disband by the end of 2022

Minoru Suzuki announces the pending conclusion to the story of the Suzuki-gun faction

Suzuki-gun will be no more by the end of this year.

After Suzuki-gun (Minoru Suzuki, Lance Archer, Yoshinobu Kanemaru & DOUKI) scored a win in their match at the World Tag/Super Junior Tag League finals event, the ring was completely cleared and left to Suzuki.

He grabbed a microphone and praised each member of Suzuki-gun. Minoru highlighted the journeys of Zack Sabre Jr., El Desperado, Kanemaru, Lance Archer, DOUKI and Taichi and said encouraging words about them and how far they’ve come as wrestlers.

Minoru said they’ll be going on a new voyage in 2023. He said they’ll all be going on their own journeys and by the end of this year, Suzuki-gun will be no more.

It was in 2011 that Suzuki-gun started and the group has existed under the New Japan and Pro Wrestling NOAH banners.
