Zoey Skye is the next challenger to the title.
Taya Valkyrie has been in possession of MLW’s Women’s World Featherweight Championship since winning it in May. Valkyrie is the first and only Women’s World Featherweight Champion of MLW and her next title defense is taking place in 2023.
Valkyrie will meet Zoey Skye on January 7th at MLW’s Blood & Thunder taping.
Thus far, Taya has had four successful defenses against Brittany Blake, Chelsea Green and Deonna Purrazzo in a three-way, Lady Flammer and Trish Adora.
