World Title bout gets Full Metal Mayhem stipulation, Tag Title match set for IMPACT Hard To Kill

A change to the world title match and a four-way elimination tag added to IMPACT Wrestling Hard To Kill

A change and an addition to the Hard To Kill card.

IMPACT Wrestling’s first pay-per-view of 2023 will be Hard To Kill on January 13th from Atlanta, Georgia. The World Title match going into the show is Josh Alexander defending against Bully Ray. Their traditional singles match has been converted into a Full Metal Mayhem bout.

Alexander got the match type approved after having to watch Bully position Tommy Dreamer under a ladder and beat him with a chair.

John Skyler and Jason Hotch were scheduled to face Zicky Dice and Johnny Swinger in tag team action until Bully Ray came out. He targeted Skyler and Hotch which led to Alexander coming out for the save. In a turn of events, Hotch and Skyler held Alexander down and allowed Bully to get the upper hand.

A new match was added to the Hard To Kill lineup in the form of a four-way elimination tag. The IMPACT World Tag Team Champions Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) are defending against The Major Players (Brian Myers & Matt Cardona), Heath and Rhino and Ace Austin and Chris Bey.

A video package aired for BULLET CLUB’s Ace Austin and Chris Bey who are coming off a run in NJPW’s Super Junior Tag League tournament in which they made it to the finals.
