Jake Paul has joined the PFL with the fighter and his business partner acquiring an equity stake and tasked with growing its pay-per-view division.

The New York Times reported that Paul and business partner & former UFC executive Nakisa Bidarian have joined the PFL with Paul being appointed as the group’s “head of fighter advocacy”.

The multi-year deal will see Paul eventually make his MMA debut and will be part of PFL’s “Super Fight” with events targeted for pay-per-view and separate from the promotion’s seasonal format that is broadcast in the U.S. on ESPN.

Paul and Kayla Harrison will be part of the pay-per-view division, which will allow fighters to earn “at least 50 percent of the pay-per-view revenue” that will stream through ESPN+ and DAZN.

Paul is 6-0 as a boxer and most recently defeated former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva last October. Paul has proposed a two-fight series with free agent Nate Diaz where the two would box and have an MMA rematch several months later.
