IMPACT announces the signing of Santino Marella.
Due to IMPACT Wrestling EVP Scott D’Amore being taken out by Bully Ray, the reveal of a new interim authority figure was announced for Hard To Kill and that figure was Santino Marella (Anthony Carelli).
Following the post-Hard To Kill television taping(s), IMPACT pushed out the announcement that Marella signed with the company.

He appeared in front of the live crowd at Hard To Kill to restart the Digital Media Championship match between Moose and Joe Hendry. Moose gave a low blow to Hendry to secure the win and the Digital Media Title.
Carelli used his new role to restart the bout which Hendry won.
Also at Hard To Kill, Frankie Kazarian revealed that he signed a long-term contract with IMPACT. Kazarian had been with All Elite Wrestling since 2019.
