ESPN’s Charly Arnolt states that ‘we’ need the match one day.
Before making the move to ESPN, Charly Arnolt was known on WWE TV as ‘Charly Caruso’ where she was a backstage interviewer and pay-per-view Kickoff show host.
While Raw and SmackDown were taping from the Performance Center in Orlando in the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, there were multiple back and forth segments involving Arnolt and Zelina Vega. Their interactions stemmed from Angel Garza and Charly’s storyline interest in one another.
Charly was the focus of a virtual signing hosted by Richie DeGregorio and commented on the idea of a match versus Vega. Arnolt feels there were many missed opportunities.
We do need a Charly versus Zelina [Vega] match one day. That’s still — you know what? There was so many missed opportunities.
On top of her work with ESPN, she is hosting a post-show for Dana White’s ‘Power Slap’ series on TBS. POST Wrestling conversed about the ratings for that first episode at this link.
