Come March 1st, an event titled ‘All Star Junior Festival’ is taking place. New Japan Pro-Wrestling pushed out the details of the announcement on their digital platforms.
It is noted that IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi is going to be producing the event. Following that note is that over 20 promotions will be represented. Junior heavyweights from each of the listed promotions will take part in the event:

A clash of Junior Heavyweight Champions is scheduled for Keiji Muto’s final match card on 2/21 when Takahashi meets current GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion AMAKUSA.
