A TV series is being filmed about Darby Allin.

To start off the new year, Darby Allin kicked off his second reign as TNT Champion of All Elite Wrestling. Since winning the belt, he’s had three successful defenses against the likes of Mike Bennett, Juice Robinson and KUSHIDA.

Darby’s next scheduled defense is against Buddy Matthews this Wednesday.

Ahead of this week’s Dynamite, Darby guest appeared on Tony Hawk and Jason Ellis’ ‘Hawk vs Wolf Podcast’. During the conversation, Allin mentioned that a pilot for his television show has been filmed.

I was wearing one (electric shock collar) when we were filming the pilot for my TV show and we were trying to do some skating with the shock collar and stuff like that and I was like, this is impossible. I couldn’t imagine putting that on a dog. Crazy.

Darby was on the winning end of The Great Muta’s final match as that persona. Darby tagged with Muta and Sting and bested AKIRA, Hakushi and Naomichi Marufuji.
