NXT Women’s Tag Team Title match made official for Vengeance Day

Katana Chance and Kayden Carter will be defending their NXT Women's Tag Team Titles against Fallon Henley and Kiana James

Newest addition to Vengeance Day. 

The NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships were on the line on tonight’s NXT on USA Network. The champions Kayden Carter and Katana Chance were scheduled to defend in a Handicap match against Alba Fyre. 

Sol Ruca, who recently scored a win over Alba, came out to the ring to be her partner but ended up losing the match for their team. 

The duo of Katana and Kayden were then confronted by Kiana James and Fallon Henley who are next in line to challenge for the Women’s Tag Titles and the title match is taking place at Vengeance Day on February 4th. 

There are now six matches announced for Vengeance Day and those are listed as followed:

  • NXT Women’s Championship — Triple Threat: Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Gigi Dolin vs. Jacy Jayne
  • NXT Championship — Steel Cage: Bron Breakker (c) vs. Grayson Waller
  • NXT Tag Team Championships — Fatal Four Way Tag Team Match: New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) (c) vs. Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) vs. Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) vs. TBD
  • NXT North American Championship: Wes Lee (c) vs. Dijak
  • 2-out-of-3 Falls Match: Apollo Crews vs. Carmelo Hayes (w/ Trick Williams)
  • NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships: Kayden Carter & Katana Chance (c) vs. Fallon Henley & Kiana James
