NJPW New Beginning in Sapporo night 1 results: Shota Umino’s biggest match of his career

The first of two New Japan Pro Wrestling New Beginning in Sapporo events took place earlier on Saturday.

From the Hokkaido Prefectural Sports Center, the event was headlined by a singles match between Shota Umino and Tetsuya Naito.

 

Will Ospreay was in action in the semi-main, taking on Taichi. The sole title match on the card was for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Titles.
