The match is official.
Dating back to January, Bryan Danielson has had to win every singles match he was a part of in order to challenge MJF for the AEW World Championship at Revolution on Sunday, March 5th.
The last stop in that series of challenges was RUSH on the 2/8 Dynamite and Danielson was able to secure the win to earn the title opportunity.
Post-match, MJF locked Danielson in the ‘Salt of the Earth’ submission hold.

Danielson versus MJF in a 60-minute Iron Man match is the first match announcement for Revolution.
