A successful knee operation for Manase.

Nine-year veteran Yuna Manase took to social media and shared that she underwent knee surgery. She noted that it was a success although the surgery took twice as long than originally planned.

Below are her tweets about the surgery, pre and post-operation:

Pre: I’m off to surgery. Thanks for holding on until now, my knee! I’ve had a lot of experiences thanks to you holding on And thanks for all the good luck everyone, I’m glad you’re doing so well. But I’m just rolling and it’s the doctor who does the hard work. LOL! Sensei! Take care of my first step in my exciting future

Post: I’m done with my surgery. I thought I should tell you guys sooner, but I couldn’t move and it was late at night. My knee was complicated and the surgery took more than twice as long as planned, but my knee has evolved successfully. I’m not just rolling around drinking, it was pretty hard, but I’m alive, so don’t worry.

Manase was last in action on January 28th. She has wrestled for Ganbare Pro, DDT, Ice Ribbon, TJPW and STARDOM.
