Ronda Rousey returned on Friday Night SmackDown.
On Friday’s episode in Uncasville, Connecticut, the former women’s champion made her return to backup partner Shayna Baszler during an in-ring segment involving Natalya.

Natalya had taunted Baszler by calling her a “knockoff Ronda Rousey” prompting Baszler to come out and state she was fighting in MMA and signed to WWE before Rousey and isn’t a knockoff.
Rousey interrupted the segment and led to a 2-on-1 beatdown on Natalya. Shotzi ran down to help Natalya and was also beaten down.
It was Rousey’s first appearance since losing the SmackDown Women’s Championship to Charlotte Flair on the December 30, 2022, episode of SmackDown in Tampa, Florida.
