Keiji Muto loses to Tetsuya Naito in final bout, invites Masahiro Chono to the ring for one last match

After Keiji Muto fell in defeat to Tetsuya Naito, he had one last match with Masahiro Chono that Tiger Hattori refereed

Muto closes out the show with Chono.

A near 40-year career wrapped up at today’s Keiji Muto final match event. Muto met Tetsuya Naito in the main event and fell in defeat to Naito.

Post-match, they shook hands and Muto held the ropes open for him so he could exit the ring. He then called out Masahiro Chono and asked Tiger Hattori to join them so they could have one more match together.

Chono had not wrestled in a sanctioned match since 2014. He scored a win over Muto with an ‘STF’ and they embraced afterwards.

Prior to Muto versus Naito, IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada defeated GHC Heavyweight Champion Kaito Kiyomiya.
