Grayson Waller confronted by an old rival.
Joining Grayson Waller on his ‘Grayson Waller Effect’ talk show at NXT Roadblock was Shawn Michaels. Waller wanted to confront Michaels about their back and forth arguments and disagreements about where he should be positioned on the brand.
Grayson made a comment that the only reason Michaels is in the position he’s in is because Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque had a heart attack. Waller added that Michaels and his team has it out for him and would not be surprised if he’s cut after WrestleMania.
This led to Waller calling out Michaels for Stand & Deliver on April 1st. The WWE Hall of Famer said he would love nothing more than to put Waller in his place, but he has someone that will take care of that and the first NXT Triple Crown Champion Johnny Gargano came out.

Gargano is a member of the Raw roster and scored a win over Finn Balor this past Monday.
Before Gargano wrapped up with WWE and the NXT brand in December 2021, Waller took him out and now they’ll clash at Stand & Deliver a full year later.
