Headlining NXT Roadblock was Roxanne Perez defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Meiko Satomura. Perez was able to retain but post-match, after her and Satomura embraced, Roxanne collapsed and fell on the mat. Her trainer Booker T along with Shawn Michaels came to the ring and she was taken to an ambulance.
There are challengers lined up to face Perez. Tiffany Stratton, who did the Roadblock intro, stated that she’ll be meeting the winner of the Women’s Title match in Los Angeles which is where Stand & Deliver is taking place. Lyra Valkyria stuck her claim to a Women’s Title opportunity as well.

There are going to be two championship matches on the March 14th NXT on USA Network. Here are those bouts:
- NXT North American Championship Open Challenge: Wes Lee (c) vs. TBA
- NXT Tag Team Championships: Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) (c) vs. Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson)
Johnny Gargano made his return to NXT and it is official that he’ll be competing at Stand & Deliver to take on Grayson Waller. Gargano is scheduled to appear on the 3/14 NXT.
Former Toxic Attraction members Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne went one-on-one and Dolin was able to score the win. Post-match, Jayne ambushed her former partner and was going to stomp on a chair that Gigi’s head was placed in between. Referees stopped Jayne from continuing her attack.
