Shigehiro Irie wins wXw Unified World Wrestling Title & 16 Carat Gold tournament

A two-in-one victory for Shigehiro Irie during 16 Carat Gold weekend

16 Carat weekend comes to a close. 

wXw Germany’s 2023 installment of their 16 Carat Gold weekend has wrapped up and a tournament winner and new World Champion has been crowned. 

In the finals of the 16 Carat tourney were Shigehiro Irie and Axel Tischer, who were also competing for the vacant wXw Unified World Wrestling Championship. In the end, it was Irie emerging victorious.
