A Ladder match added to Stand & Deliver.
The conclusion of NXT Roadblock featured an NXT Women’s Championship bout. The champion Roxanne Perez successfully put her title on the line against Meiko Satomura.
After the match, as Perez was celebrating her win, she ‘collapsed’ in the ring. She was then stretchered out of the venue and put in an ambulance. WWE would follow up and note that Perez had been discharged from the hospital.
Shawn Michaels took to social media to break the news that Perez’s health is ‘still in question’. In lieu of that information, Michaels noted that there are going to be qualifying matches with winners advancing to Stand & Deliver to compete in a Ladder match for the NXT Women’s Championship.
Starting tonight there will be a series of qualifying matches with the winners advancing to Stand and Deliver to compete to become the NXT Women’s Champion in a Ladder Match. https://t.co/HLwehrqJVf
