When Ring of Honor began to ‘phase out’ in late 2021, Gresham thought about joining IMPACT.

On a December 15th episode of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS, Jonathan Gresham was interviewed for a backstage segment and shared that he signed a contract with IMPACT

Gresham was most recently in action on the 3/9 program during which he went one-on-one with KUSHIDA. While speaking to the Paltrocast, Gresham touched on his decision to join IMPACT. He shared that when Ring of Honor began ‘phasing out’ in 2021, he flirted with the idea of heading to his current home.

I wouldn’t say it was always kind of open (opportunity to join IMPACT Wrestling). It’s just something that I kind of felt — when Ring of Honor was originally, I guess phasing out or whatever you wanna say and IMPACT kind of stepped in and kind of giving a lot of the guys work, I was kind of flirting with the idea then. It just didn’t turn out that way so, I had the opportunity to join and I did.

Coming up for IMPACT is their ‘Sacrifice’ event on March 24th which will be followed by Rebellion on April 16th.
