SANADA to meet David Finlay in 2023 New Japan Cup final

Both SANADA and David Finlay secured their spots in the 2023 New Japan Cup final on Tuesday

Finals set for the New Japan Cup. 

The semifinals of the 2023 New Japan Cup tournament took place at today’s New Japan Pro-Wrestling event in Takasaki, Japan. 

In the first semifinal match, David Finlay bested NEVER Openweight Champion Tama Tonga. In the main event, SANADA scored the win over Mark Davis, who filled in for Will Ospreay who is sidelined with a right shoulder injury

On March 21st, it’ll be SANADA versus Finlay to determine the 2023 New Japan Cup winner.
