He’ll look into those decisions when the time comes.

For the past four months, Tyrus has been reigning as NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion. At Hard Times 3, he bested Trevor Murdoch and Matt Cardona to become champion.

Tyrus is a 17-year veteran and he told the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling Podcast that he’s aware his clock is ticking. He feels he’ll have to make some decisions at the end of this year or the next year-and-a-half but right now, he’s focused on his next title defense which is at NWA’s ‘312’ pay-per-view against Chris Adonis.

I’m gonna continue to maintain at a high level and I’m gonna hold this (NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title) for as long as I want to and you know, because I’m also no fool, I know that my clock is ticking, so I gotta go all out or as they say, old school, full regalia and this next year, year-and-a-half as champion and then I’m gonna have to make some decisions at the end of that. But, until then, it’s not done yet, I’m still in my prime and I’m looking forward to dominating (Chris) Adonis…

Tyrus is 50 years of age. He’s spent time in WWE, IMPACT Wrestling/TNA and AAA. During this Worlds Title reign, he’s successfully defended against Matt Cardona, Rolando Freeman and Daga.
