Ospreay’s shoulder injury keeping him out of action.
In the second round of the 2023 New Japan Cup, Will Ospreay defeated his United Empire stablemate Mark Davis but during the bout, Ospreay suffered a right shoulder injury. The injury required him to pull out of the tournament and Davis filled in for him.
Ospreay was scheduled to be in action for Revolution Pro Wrestling on March 26th as a part of the Revolution Rumble but due to the injury, he’s been pulled from the event.
Will Ospreay has sadly had to withdraw from this Sunday's Revolution Rumble due to injury.
Having earned his right to step in the ring with Ospreay, Dan Moloney is understandably very frustrated about the situation.

Gutted beyond all belief.
But I will be ringside keeping a close eye on Dan Moloney. https://t.co/61IFK08kJO

Will is still listed to compete against ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey at IMPACT Wrestling and NJPW’s Multiverse United show on March 30th.
After Hiroshi Tanahashi’s match at the New Japan Cup final show, he offered to replace Ospreay in the match versus Bailey.
