Rhodes found a tag partner.
Following Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque kicking off Monday Night Raw, he introduced Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns who is fresh off of retaining his titles against Cody Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania 39.
Rhodes stated that he wants a rematch but that was shut down. Since Rhodes could not get that, he asked for a tag match against Reigns and Sikoa. Paul Heyman informed Cody that if he wanted that, it’s official but Cody’s partner had to be someone who wrestled at WrestleMania and they can never challenge for Roman’s titles.
Coming out to the ring was Brock Lesnar, who embraced Cody. Lesnar lost the right to challenge for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title when he lost to Reigns at SummerSlam 2022.
