After being taken out by Brock Lesnar on the Raw after WrestleMania, Cody Rhodes appeared on tonight’s program and issued a challenge to Lesnar for the May 6th Backlash Premium Live Event in Puerto Rico. Lesnar is appearing on the 4/17 Raw to respond to the challenge.

Originally, Bayley was scheduled for a Triple-Threat with Mia Yim and Piper Niven to determine the next challenger to Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Championship. IYO SKY and Dakota Kai expressed to Bayley that she’s had her opportunities so Bayley got Adam Pearce to remove her from the match and insert IYO, who earned the title shot.

It was mentioned by Corey Graves that talents were having travel issues getting to Seattle, Washington for Raw and two of those talents were Matt Riddle and Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion Sami Zayn. After Solo Sikoa defeated Kevin Owens, Sikoa and The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) beat down Owens but Zayn and Riddle ran in for the save.

Rey Mysterio went one-on-one with Finn Bálor and for the second consecutive week, Dominik Mysterio cost his father a singles match.

There was a singles bout between Bobby Lashley and Bronson Reed that resulted in a count out. Reed has yet to lose on Monday Night Raw.
