Komander appears at Demand Lucha, taken to the back during main event

Demand Lucha held its latest card in downtown Toronto on Thursday with a possible injury in the main event.

The event was originally advertised to feature Komander, but later it was stated that a travel issue would prevent the recent AEW signee from appearing. In his place, Arez would take on Gringo Loco in the main event.

As the two were about to begin the match, Komander made a surprise appearance and turned the match into a three-way for Gringo Loco’s championship.

During the match, Komander executed a moonsault and was favoring his knee. He was taken to the back and did not return to the match, which was won by Gringo Loco.

We have not heard any update regarding Komander’s status and if he is injured.

The company is returning to the Parkdale Hall in Toronto on 6/29 with a loaded show that includes El Hijo del Vikingo, Speedball Mike Bailey, and they have announced Brian Cage vs. Sam Adonis.
