For 20 minutes, Cara Noir wrestled with the injuries.
There was a Steel Cage match for the PROGRESS World Champion on 4/23 between Cara Noir and the champion Spike Trivet. Midway through the match, Noir suffered three fractures to his foot/ankle area.
He received his official diagnosis and noted that he wrestled for 20 minutes with the injuries. Noir was diagnosed with intra articular fracture to the cuboid, chip on the calcaneus and chip on the navicular.
18 days post cage match – I finally have a diagnosis. Turns out I wrestled for 20 min on 3 fractures. 🩺

Noir is the longest reigning PROGRESS World Champion of all time and he held the belt just shy of 800 days.
