Coming out of the 5/11 IMPACT on AXS, a No DQ stipulation was added to Steve Maclin’s IMPACT World Championship defense against PCO at Under Siege.

That stipulation was set after Maclin successfully defended the title against Rhino. He ambushed Rhino and the two-time IMPACT World Tag Team Champion had to be stretchered out.

In the main event, Knockouts World Champion Deonna Purrazzo and her Under Siege opponent Jordynne Grace challenged The Coven (Taylor Wilde & KiLynn King) for their Knockouts World Tag Team Titles. The Coven are still champions and post-match, they ambushed Grace. Making the save was Trinity Fatu.

The Good Hands (John Skyler & Jason Hotch) were recruited by Brian Myers. He helped them secure a win over Black Taurus and Crazzy Steve.

In Nick Aldis’ first televised IMPACT Wrestling match in six years, he scored a win over Sheldon Jean.

The opening match of the program saw Masha Slamovich defeat Killer Kelly by pinning her while Kelly had a chokehold locked in. Although Kelly lost, she kept the submission in.

Scheduled for 5/18 are the following bouts:

  • Trey Miguel vs. Laredo Kid
  • Moose, Frankie Kazarian & Eddie Edwards vs. Jonathan Gresham, Alex Shelley & Yuya Uemura
