A new addition to the Battleground match card.
NXT Heritage Cup Champion Noam Dar brought back his Supernova Sessions talk show on the 5/16 NXT on USA Network.
His guest was Dragon Lee. As their back and forth got underway, Nathan Frazer came to the ring to call out Dar and bait him into defending the Heritage Cup. Dragon Lee issued the challenge for Battleground on May 28th and Dar accepted.
Dar then said he’ll be taking on Frazer in a non-title match on the 5/23 NXT.
