For the second time, KENTA is NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion. He bested Hikuleo at Resurgence via count out.
KENTA flipped Hikuleo over a guardrail and sent him through a table and Hikuleo was not able to get back in the ring before the final count.
As KENTA was celebrating his title win, a video package aired featuring Eddie Kingston and he set his sights on the newly crowned champion.
