The DDT Universal Title is in Cardona’s sights.
In early May, it was promoted that a mystery former WWE talent would be coming to DDT Pro-Wrestling to challenge for the promotion’s Universal Championship.
That talent was revealed at DDT’s 5/21 show and come Wrestle Peter Pan on July 23rd, Tetsuya Endo is going to be defending against Matt Cardona who’ll be accompanied by Steph De Lander.

Coming out of the DDT event on 5/21, Chris Brookes emerged victorious from the 2023 King of DDT tournament. He bested Kazusada Higuchi in the finals.
