Wai Ting, Jordan Goodman and Neal Flanagan are joined by Chris Duke, author and mental health advocate, to talk about his work in supporting mental well-being for kids and his journey through struggles such as postpartum depression.
Chris is a former DJ and radio presenter who saw the need for better resources for children’s mental health when his eight-year-old daughter asked him, “Do you ever not like being you?” The result was his best-selling kids’ book, ‘Lucy’s Blue Day’.
He also happens to be a huge pro wrestling fan, and has even taken a few bumps in the ring after fulfilling his ambition to have a match thanks to an appearance on a UK television show.
