Chris Brookes suffers dislocated right shoulder

An update on Chris Brookes. 

At a Gatoh Move show on May 29th, Chris Brookes took a Gory Bomb in a tag match and the bout was stopped as Brookes suffered an injury. 

DDT Pro-Wrestling provided an update and noted that Brookes suffered a dislocated right shoulder and is going to be out of action for the next three weeks. The following is from DDT: 

Update on Chris Brookes’ situation:

Chris has dislocated his right shoulder in yesterday’s match and after the doctor’s diagnosis will be resting for the next three weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we seek to appreciate your understanding.

We hope for a speedy recovery for Chris Brookes.

Brookes is the winner of the 2023 King of DDT tournament. He’ll be challenging Yuji Hino for the KO-D Openweight Championship at Wrestle Peter Pan on July 23rd.
