Ali is looking for title opportunities.
A tag match was underway on the 5/30 episode of NXT on USA Network that saw The Dyad (Rip Fowler & Jagger Reid) taking on Tyler Bate and North American Champion Wes Lee.
During the match, Mustafa Ali walked down to the venue floor from the stands. He joined commentary and stated that he’s a free agent and he’s looking for title opportunities.
After Bate and Lee got the victory, The Schism’s Joe Gacy made his way into the picture and ambushed the North American Champion and Bate. Ali then got in the ring and took out Gacy and stood side-by-side with Tyler and Wes.
Over the weekend at WWE Night of Champions, Ali unsuccessfully challenged GUNTHER for the Intercontinental Championship.
