Chris Brookes returning from dislocated right shoulder on July 7th

Brookes will be back for his title match. 

By winning DDT Pro-Wrestling’s 2023 King of DDT tournament, Chris Brookes secured himself a shot at the KO-D Openweight Championship at Wrestle Peter Pan on July 23rd. 

On the 29th of May, Brookes was in action at a Gatoh Move show and the bout was stopped when he took a Gory Bomb. It was later revealed that Brookes suffered a dislocated right shoulder

He appeared at DDT’s show in Yokohama on June 3rd to announce that he’ll be back on July 7th, several weeks out from his championship match.

At Wrestle Peter Pan, Matt Cardona is making his DDT debut and is challenging Testuya Endo for the promotion’s Universal Championship.
