UFC Flyweight Champion Brandon Moreno will take part in AAA’s TripleMania event in July. in a non-wrestling role.
AAA has released the full card for the July 15 event in Tijuana, which is headlined by the rematch between El Hijo del Vikingo and Kenny Omega for the Mega Heavyweight Championship.
ESPN’s Marc Raimondi reported that UFC champion Brandon Moreno will be making a non-wrestling appearance on the show when he corners the Baja California squad as its honorary team captain.
Moreno’s team will include Nicho el Millionario, Damian 666, Rey Horus & Xtreme Tiger as they face Team Chilango of Daga, Argenis, Negro Casas & Chessman with freestyle artist Aczino in their corner.
