A new championship to be unveiled.
The June 2nd episode of Friday Night SmackDown featured the unveiling of a new Undisputed WWE Universal Championship design for Roman Reigns.
That theme continues on the 6/9 SmackDown as it was announced that Raw Women’s Champion Asuka is receiving a new WWE Women’s Championship. Asuka ended Bianca Belair’s year-long reign at Night of Champions. She’s currently in the midst of her third Raw Women’s Title reign.
In addition to Asuka’s championship presentation, Jey Uso is going to side with his brother Jimmy Uso or side the remainder of The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa & Paul Heyman).
There are going to be three Money in the Bank qualifying matches on the show. Mia Yim is taking on Bayley, Santos Escobar is facing Mustafa Ali and Butch is taking on Baron Corbin.
